New Bitbo Chart

SOPR

Bitbo is excited to announce our newest chart:

What is SOPR?

  • SOPR is a metric that shows whether Bitcoin transactions are happening at a profit or a loss.

  • It compares the fiat value of Bitcoin outputs when last moved to their current spending price.

Interpreting SOPR Values

  • SOPR = 1: Neutral sentiment—profits roughly offset losses.

  • SOPR > 1: Profits are being realized, with higher values indicating significant profit-taking.

  • SOPR < 1: Losses are being realized, with lower values showing deeper losses.

We have included as well a 7 and 30-day moving average of SOPR. Turn these on by clicking the key.

We’ve also color coded the price in terms of SOPR, allowing you to visually see SOPR levels based on historical percentiles.

New Bitbo Pro Chart

Bitcoin cycle extremes combines some of the most powerful Bitcoin top & bottom indicators into one clear chart.

The blue blocks signal each extreme indicator, and blocks stack as the indicators happen.

This allows you to see when many indicators confirm the same buy or sell signal.

We look at 7 of the most powerful top & bottom indicators:

New Bitbo Pro Chart

The 10 year realized price shows the average price that bitcoins were last moved at, but only considers coins that moved in the past 10 years.

This can be more useful than the standard realized price because many early coins are lost or haven't moved in over a decade, which keeps the regular realized price artificially low and less reflective of recent market activity.

10 Year MVRV Ratio

We've also included the 10 Year MVRV ratio at the bottom of the chart, which divides the current price by the 10 year realized price. This metric helps identify when Bitcoin is overvalued or undervalued relative to recent history.

The MVRV ratio is color-coded by percentile ranges to easily spot market extremes:

  • Red: Top 20% (80th-100th percentile) - Strongly overvalued

  • Orange: 60th-80th percentile - Moderately overvalued

  • Yellow: 40th-60th percentile - Fair value range

  • Green: 20th-40th percentile - Moderately undervalued

  • Blue: Bottom 20% (0-20th percentile) - Strongly undervalued
